M SERIES  20 - 80 kW

The M Series is a bio-mass boiler with a variety of options for use. It's possible to set it up as a manual feed boiler to feed from either a 300-500l hopper or a 700L hopper which can be situated to left or right of the stoker unit. They are  produced to a high standard in Denmark by Twin Heat, and are very efficient and easy to use. 

Self-designed storage and feed systems, where required, can be incorporated into our range of boilers to suit local conditions or requirements. A wide choice of fuels which can be burned such as wood pellets, forest wood chips, industrial wood chips, grains, sawdust, rape and more. They are a very versatile boiler from a fuel point of view because apart from burning bulk biomass fuels, they can also be "hand-fired" - in that logs can be burned in the combustion chamber, up to 1 metre in length.

As with all Twin Heat Products, they have been tested to European standard En 303-5, and have previously been approved under the Greener Homes Scheme. We have received training from Twin Heat for this boiler.

Features of the M Series:

• A wide choice of fuels including forest wood chips, industrial wood chips, grains, sawdust, rape and more.
• The option of 'hand-firing' the combustion chamber with logs up to 1m in length.
• The choice of locating the fuel storage to either the right or left side of the boiler, with the door hinged accordingly.
• Built-in Safety systems - a sprinkler system and a pressure equalising pipe from fuel storage to combustion chamber.
• Oxygen control to ensure that the stoker always works as optimal as possible.

Model variant options:

There are several variants of the boiler:

• M 20i / A2 - this has a maximum output of 29kW when wood pellets are burned. This would suit a typical sized house.
• M 40i / A4 - this has a maximum output of 48kW when wood pellets are burned. This would suit a much larger dwelling.
• M 80i / A8 - this has a maximum output of 80kW when wood pellets are burned. This would be suitable for a commercial setting.
