CARRAIG MOR BOILER STOVE

 

This solid fuel boiler stove from Boru Stoves is manufactured here in Ireland and has a choice of two outputs, 20kW, or 30kW which would heat up to 14 or 18 radiators respectively as well as hot water. It is fitted with the usual Boru Stove features of a thermostatically controlled boiler,  CO2 burn technology and a multifuel grate for burning wood and solid fuel.  A non-boiler version of this stove is available in 16kW output, as well as the option of a double sided model, more details can be found here.

The Carraig Mor boiler has been approved to the European Standard EN 13240 for solid fuel stoves.

Features of the Carraig Mor

  • Wraparound boiler for up to 14 radiators for the 20kW stove and 18 radiators for the 30kW
  • 20 kW model gives 16 kW (55,000 btu's) to water and 4 kW to the room
  • 30 kW model gives 25 kW (85,000 btu's) to water and 5 kW to the room
  • It has an efficiency rating of 77% which makes it a class leader.
  • Thermostatically controlled as standard.
